The Print Center (partnership)
The Print Center: Artist-In-Schools Program: This partnership provides my classroom with a teaching artist who visits twice a week for 10 weeks to deliver projects and enrichment regarding the latest Print Center exhibition. Students create work inspired by the exhibition and develop their critical thinking skills. Part of the partnership involves a field trip to The Print Center to see the exhibition, lunch at Reading Terminal Market and a hands on workshop at the Fabric Workshop. It is an immensely powerful partnership that provides classroom resources, boosts morale, and results in a field trip!
